Qualifications

• BS in civil or geotechnical engineering; MS preferred.
• 9+ years of engineering experience and PE certification.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and review engineering work and perform analyses.
• Provide geotechnical recommendations and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and vendors.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee field activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with corporate policies.
