The position requires 8+ years in geotechnical engineering, PE/PG licensure, and strong leadership. ABET-accredited degree is essential, with MS preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required.
• Professional licensure (PE or PG) required.
• Senior reviewer designation at current or previous firm.
• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Business development experience in local market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for geotechnical staff.
• Review proposals and contracts per company policy.
• Host client and team meetings to provide geotechnical solutions.
• Perform technical report reviews and final professional stamp.
• Oversee geotechnical projects ensuring quality control and timeliness.
• Assist with department management, planning, and financials.
• Lead business development through community involvement and client engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand visibility of Dallas geotechnical services.
