Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Laborer for a project-based role in Quinton, Alabama. This entry-level position supports geotechnical construction crews by assisting skilled workers and equipment operators on-site.

You will receive on-the-job training in a safety-focused environment and gain exposure to a variety of site tasks and equipment. Responsibilities include loading materials, keeping the site clean, assisting with assembly of simple structures, and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year in construction a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist craft workers and equipment operators with daily construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Assemble and disassemble simple construction structures.
• Spot for equipment movement using standard hand signals.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in Daily Safety Briefings and adhere to the Project Safety Plan.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority for safety or quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
