Keller is seeking an entry-level Laborer for a project in Gallatin, Tennessee. You will support geotechnical construction by assisting skilled workers and equipment operators with basic field tasks. Training provided in a safety-focused environment, with hands-on experience on site.

No prior construction experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. The role involves travel, long hours, and adherence to safety protocols; OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year in construction a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist craft workers and equipment operators with daily construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Assemble and disassemble simple construction structures.
• Spot for equipment movement using standard hand signals.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
