Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Laborer for a project based in Quinton, Alabama. You will support geotechnical construction tasks, assist skilled workers and operators, and gain hands-on experience in a safety-focused environment with on-the-job training.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and offers 0–1 year construction exposure. Willingness to travel and work extended hours is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; 0–1 year in construction a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist craft workers and equipment operators with daily construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Assemble and disassemble simple construction structures.
• Spot for equipment movement using standard hand signals.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in Daily Safety Briefings and adhere to the Project Safety Plan.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority for safety or quality concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
