Hanes Geo Components (HGC) is recruiting a Field Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to serve existing customers and develop new business. We supply geotextiles, erosion control and stormwater products to distributors and contractors.

Candidates should be self-motivated with persuasive communication, a history of sales success, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Experience in construction sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, with strong persuasive communication.
• Proven sales success and ability to develop client relationships.
• Leadership experience, ideally in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing customers and develop new business with distributors and contractors.
• Build relationships with contractors and key accounts.
• Execute the defined sales strategy and targeting plan.
• Report progress to Regional Manager.
