Job summary

Schnabel Engineering is seeking a Project GeoStructural Engineer to support our national practice. You will participate in multidisciplinary project teams, lead a high-performing geostructural group, and deliver design, analyses, and construction documents for earth-related projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, a PA PE license (or reciprocity), strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to client service and technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or reciprocity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Project management.
Checking construction documents including calculations, plans and specifications.
Preparation of proposals and engineering reports.
Coordinating geostructural services with internal and external clients.
Developing strong client relationships for repeat business.
Oversight of the work of junior geostructural staff.
Other tasks as required to support projects and business goals.
