The intern will assist in project oversight and quality control, gaining hands-on experience in unique construction management. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications
Must have a vehicle and driver's license.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Support foreman/superintendent and project manager with onsite paperwork and engineering.
Manage the submittal process for assigned projects.
Perform engineering calculations.
Collect field data and enter into Excel spreadsheets.
Conduct quantity take-offs and preconstruction scope reviews.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of AutoCAD
Basic understanding of Surveying
Education
Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
