Qualifications

• Six years of administrative or professional work experience (or equivalent education substitution).
• Deep familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and related languages.
• Experience developing interactive web-based GIS applications and dashboards.
• Experience managing spatial databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong communication and cross-functional team coordination skills.
