Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Jr. Training Specialist to develop and deliver high-quality geospatial and imagery analysis trainings for global customers. You will build structured curriculums and enable users to adopt Vantor solutions effectively.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to keep content current, and travel internationally as required to support training initiatives from the Tampa office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering training to external customers or internal teams.
• Strong geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and workflows.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into practical training.
• Experience developing structured training materials, labs, learning paths, and exercises.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable delivering training in both in-person and remote environments.
• Able to travel internationally as required.
• Must report physically to the Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver product-specific training for Vantor solutions, including workflows and demonstrations.
• Create and maintain a structured training curriculum developing analyst proficiency across skills.
• Produce training materials such as presentations, labs, guides, and scenarios.
• Apply imagery analysis methodologies to training content with rigor and repeatable workflows.
• Tailor training content to customer missions, industries, and technical environments.
• Deliver training in person and remotely for international customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep content accurate.
• Collect feedback and improve programs based on outcomes and product evolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and integrate inputs.
