Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver high-quality geospatial and imagery analysis training for customers worldwide.

You will design curricula, create hands-on labs, and produce supporting materials to accelerate product adoption and operational proficiency. The role requires translating complex concepts into practical instruction, delivering both in-person and remote training, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience.
• Experience delivering training to external customers.
• Strong geospatial and imagery analysis knowledge.
• Experience with geospatial tools.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into training.
• Experience developing structured training materials.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Must report to Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver product-specific training for Vantor solutions, including workflows and demonstrations.
• Create and maintain a structured training curriculum from foundational to advanced exploitation and reporting.
• Produce training materials such as presentations, labs, guides, and practical evaluations.
• Apply imagery analysis methodologies and standards to training content with rigor and reproducibility.
• Tailor training content to customer missions and technical environments for relevance.
• Deliver training in person and remotely for international customers with hands-on labs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep content accurate and aligned with product.
