Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver geospatial, imagery analysis, and product curriculums that enable customers to effectively use Vantor solutions. This role supports international customers by improving adoption and accelerating value through structured training programs and analyst-driven tradecraft informed by real-world imagery experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a geospatial field.
5 years of experience in technical, analytical, or professional training.
Proven experience delivering training to external customers or internal teams.
Strong understanding of geospatial and imagery analysis concepts and workflows.
Hands-on experience with geospatial tools or imagery-based analysis solutions.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, mission-focused training.
Experience developing structured training materials, labs, and learning paths.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally and report to Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, and best practices.
Develop and deliver product-specific training for Vantor solutions with real-world scenarios.
Create and maintain a structured, progressive training curriculum from foundational to advanced levels.
Produce training materials such as presentations, exercises, labs, and reference guides.
Apply imagery analysis methodologies and standards to training content with rigor.
Tailor training content to customer missions and technical environments.
Deliver training in person and remotely for international customers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and integrate inputs.
