Maania is seeking a Geospatial Systems Engineer for a full-time role in Herndon, VA. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience in translating customer needs into concrete engineering features.

Candidates should have hands-on work with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Earth, and familiarity with SAFe Agile processes to support enterprise geospatial capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Recent systems engineering experience
• Experience translating customer requirements into discrete engineering features with clear acceptance criteria
• Proven work with SAFe Agile processes
• Direct experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Earth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Geospatial Intelligence / NGA customer exposure
• Deploying ArcGIS Enterprise in high-availability (HA) environments
• Red Hat Linux and AWS cloud experience
• Integration of external segments for enterprise capability delivery
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology experience
• Cybersecurity knowledge (vulnerability assessment, mitigations)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and streaming analytics
