Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying and Mapping or related field.
• Major: Surveying and Mapping or related field.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to operate equipment to execute proper surveying techniques in the field.
• Processing survey data.
• Interpreting legal/property descriptions.
• Operating survey instruments such as robotic total stations, GPS and laser scanning.
• Basic field calculations.
• Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, highway, route, utility and laser scanning surveys.
