Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Geospatial/Land Surveying Crew Chief.
• Proficient in data collection for land surveys.
• Skilled in Total Station and GPS equipment usage.
• Ability to oversee and lead survey crew operations with accuracy.
• Proficient in technical math and calculations.
• Knowledge of field safety procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey crews in the field for topographic, boundary, ALTA, and building surveys.
• Use advanced equipment such as total stations and GPS to collect data.
• Ensure survey accuracy and perform field calculations.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with project managers on progress and deliverables.
• Implement safety protocols during fieldwork and site operations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
