Audubon Companies is seeking a Land Survey Crew Chief to lead field survey crews on boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS projects. You will supervise daily field operations, ensure data quality, and coordinate with project managers, clients, and contractors in a safety‑minded environment.

The ideal candidate has strong field experience, leadership abilities, and proficiency with GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and survey software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years land surveying field experience.
• Experience leading a survey crew preferred.
• Proficiency with GPS/GNSS and total stations.
• Ability to read plans, deeds, maps and legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a field survey crew on assigned projects.
• Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS, and utility surveys.
• Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments.
• Establish control points and collect field data accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and contractors.
• Maintain safety and quality on all job sites.
