Job summary

Qualifications

• The position typically requires a BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline with 8+ years of experience, or a Masters with 6+ years of experience.
• Must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficiency in software development projects in a service-oriented environment (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services).
• Experience with GNU based compilers and programming languages including C++, Java, Typescript, and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Spring/Gradle/OpenJDK, React/Node, and relational/non-relational databases such as Amazon RDS and Postgres.
• Strong Python coding experience and use of GitLab for CI/CD and version control; Docker experience required.

Responsibilities

• Code, develop, integrate, and debug software artifacts; write validation tests against baselines.
• Assist with unit testing and contribute to Agile development efforts.
• Engage in programming tasks using Python, Java Spring, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate in a team environment and contribute to cloud-based or SOA services.
• Work with web-related protocols, AWS/Cloud technologies, and containerization with Docker.
