Job summary

Meridian Systematics LLC is seeking a Software Developer to support the Geospatial Services & Solutions (GSS) area, delivering enterprise software in a SE/enterprise environment.

You will participate in SAFe and Scrum teams across the full SDLC, building and deploying applications that support geospatial missions and customer workflows. Strong DevSecOps, containerization, and database experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, React or .NET/Visual Basic.
• Strong DevSecOps understanding and container-based development with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus; and databases such as SQL.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and implement them.
• Write clean, tested code and develop automated unit/integration tests.
• Design code for multiple environments including on-premises data centers.
• Leverage DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy software.
• Develop and monitor applications while adhering to security requirements.
• Participate in SAFe/Scrum ceremonies and manage dependencies.
• Document technical processes and support application/infrastructure issues.
• Develop integrations across enterprise data, geospatial systems, and customer workflows.
