Monsen Engineering is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Engineer to promote Trimble Geospatial products with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role blends surveying technology knowledge with developing sales skills and will support field solutions, including robotic total stations, 3D laser scanning, and GPS applications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of surveying and geospatial processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Construction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales team.
• Prepare new product for delivery including software application.
• Maintain and prepare rental equipment for Geospatial and Building Point.
• Train and provide high quality support for clients.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations including Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, etc.
• Provide technical and customer support.
• Post-sale follow-up to ensure customer success.
• Direct sales activities including calls, visits, and industry trade shows.
