Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks an experienced Geospatial Manager to lead and grow our survey, reality capture, and digital delivery across Texas, based mainly in Frisco. The role offers guidance over technical teams, client relationships, and high-impact infrastructure data capture and delivery.

You will shape QA/QC, workflow automation, and integration of geospatial data into design. The team emphasizes Better Data, Faster initiatives and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in surveying or geomatics.
• Hands-on with UAV/UAS, LiDAR, laser scanning, photogrammetry, GNSS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAV/UAS, LiDAR, and reality capture for transportation, utility, municipal projects.
• Process and quality-check geospatial data using listed tools.
• Develop accurate digital deliverables: point clouds, orthomosaics, terrain models.
• Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and project managers to turn data into intelligence.
• Support boundary, deed, easement, ROW, survey, and utility deliverables with licensed professionals.
• Integrate geospatial data into design and delivery workflows using major GIS/CAD platforms.
• Support Better Data, Faster initiative by improving workflows and automation.
• Lead technical input for scopes, proposals, estimates, and standards.
