Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Agile Team Lead to direct a team of technology engineers focused on Geospatial platforms. The role involves coordinating with partner teams to refine features, clarify requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog.

You will drive quality, security, and efficient delivery while guiding the team through complex geospatial solutions. Ideal candidates have deep geospatial expertise, hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise experience (cloud/on‑prem), and strong leadership to mentor

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of technology engineering/platform management experience preferred.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS for geospatial workloads.
• Familiarity with geospatial data pipelines and ETL for spatial data.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Fill the role of Agile Team Lead for a team of technology engineers supporting Geospatial platforms.
• Work with partner Team Leads to refine features for the engineering team.
• Maintain and prioritize the team backlog.
• Provide status on projects to leadership.
• Lead maintenance and enhancement projects across technical areas.
