Vantor is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our mission-driven team. You will contribute to end-to-end AI/ML workflows using multi-INT geospatial data, from data acquisition to model evaluation and hardware-based deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and geospatial analytics. U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI and ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models across data types.
• 2+ years in low-shot learning, robust ML, spatial trajectory analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with remote sensing/geospatial datasets (EO/SAR) and gov collection platforms.
• Experience with modern development practices, version control, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and writing skills; able to present to gov/partners.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to multi-discipline AI/ML teams using multi-INT data to design, implement, evaluate models.
• Engineer diverse data types to support AI/ML workflows.
• Architect, develop, and integrate novel AI/ML models (semantic activity, geospatial analytics).
• Design geospatial AI/ML solutions across hardware and software stacks.
• Stay current on AI/ML advances and apply to mission challenges.
• Mentor government and internal teams on AI/ML trends and delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and results to government clients and leaders.
• Support program execution with data science skills and sprint planning.
