Job summary

Ascension Federal Services Inc. seeks GEOINT Analysts at Junior, Mid, Senior, and SME levels to join our Tampa team. You will collect, analyze, and produce GEOINT products and reports to support national security missions across multiple agencies.

Ideal candidates have GIS experience with ArcGIS or ENVI, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Senior/SME roles involve leading and mentoring analysts and developing training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• Familiarity with GIS software and imagery analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial intelligence data from imagery, maps, and GIS.
• Produce detailed GEOINT products and reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with intelligence, operations, and technical teams to integrate GEOINT.
• Use advanced geospatial tools for terrain analysis and mission planning.
• Maintain situational awareness of events and threats through GEOINT analysis.
• Senior and SME: lead and mentor junior analysts and develop training materials.
• Ensure compliance with security and classification guidelines.
