Ascension Fed is seeking GEOINT Analysts at Junior, Mid, Senior, and SME levels to join our team in San Antonio, TX. Candidates will support geospatial intelligence operations, analysis, and reporting to produce actionable intelligence for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GIS software and imagery analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial intelligence data from imagery, maps, and GIS.
• Produce detailed GEOINT products and reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate GEOINT into broader efforts.
• Utilize geospatial tools to conduct terrain analysis, target development, and mission planning.
• Maintain situational awareness through continuous monitoring of geospatial data.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, develop training materials, and provide guidance (Senior/SME).
• Ensure compliance with security and classification guidelines.
