Job summary

Ascension Federal Services Inc. is seeking GEOINT Analysts at Junior to SME levels to support geospatial intelligence operations in Vacenza, Italy.

You will collect and analyze geospatial data, produce GEOINT products, and collaborate with diverse teams to integrate GEOINT into national defense missions. Senior/SME roles require leadership, mentorship, and development of training materials, while all positions require active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active security clearance required.
• Familiarity with GIS software and imagery analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial intelligence data from multiple sources including imagery, maps, and other geospatial information systems.
• Produce detailed GEOINT products and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate GEOINT into broader intelligence efforts.
• Utilize advanced geospatial tools to conduct terrain analysis, target development, and mission planning.
• Maintain situational awareness of current events through monitoring geospatial data.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and develop training materials for GEOINT methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
