Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) seeks a Geospatial Data Scientist to support the Bureau of Reclamation's ESP program in Denver. You will help develop a modern geospatial data management framework and contribute to cloud migration planning for enterprise GIS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years GIS experience or an MA/MS in Water/Natural Resources with GIS expertise, plus proficiency with Esri ArcGIS products and Windows/MS Office tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
GIS software from Esri including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Image Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online.

Responsibilities

Support development of a modern geospatial data management framework for Reclamation.
Contribute to RSDC and design geospatial workflows across platforms.
Support data management training and cloud migration planning for Enterprise GIS.
Review RSDC applications, requirements, and remote sensing data management criteria.
Assist with AI/remote sensing analytics and imagery processing workflows.
