Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking a Big Data Analyst to advance data-driven decision making for Defense, Intelligence, and Federal clients.

You will evaluate datasets, shape analytic tradecraft, and work with software engineers to implement data-driven features on critical applications. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of analytics experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph willingness.
• 5+ years as data analyst/data scientist or similar.
• Experience evaluating datasets and communicating findings to government officials.
• Knowledge of technical data types including telemetry and telecom data types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience working with Software Engineers to validate implementations.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Perform dataset evaluations and assessments to inform government decisions.
• Shape data engineering approaches for analytic tradecraft improvements.
• Identify and document gaps within data corpus and analytics.
• Collaborate with software engineers to field requirements and feedback.
• Provide SME support to end-users for data or application questions.
