Job summary

IntePros is looking for a Business Analyst IV to review and analyze business systems and user needs in Seattle. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives, formulate systems, and will have expertise in geo spatial analysis with proficiency in Python or R. The role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically and work with large datasets, along with a flexible independent work schedule of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related area.
• GEO spatial expertise (5+ years).
• Advanced Excel skills (5+ years).
• Experience working with large databases (2+ years).
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Strong background in data analytics and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Formulate systems and processes to align with overall business strategies.
• Write detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions.
• Plan and accomplish goals relying on extensive experience.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Partner closely with the hiring manager while delivering results.
