You will translate business needs into scalable GIS solutions and work across business, operational, and technical teams onsite for a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, GIS, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in business systems, technology initiatives, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of geospatial concepts and spatial data management.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs.
• Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews; manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design and maintain requirements traceability.
