Job description

Marathon TS is hiring for an Associate Level Geospatial Analyst. Candidates are ideally located in Huntsville, AL, but this is not required. Work and training will be completely remote unless additional training is needed, in which case candidates may be required to attend training on site.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field with multiple GIS courses or equivalent GIS experience.
2. Work involves viewing imagery and collecting topographic features such as roads, rivers, buildings, etc., in front of a computer.
3. Completion of tasks within estimated hours and meeting quality standards are required.
4. Willingness to work in a production environment and meet or exceed milestones.
5. Ability to sit or work at a desk for at least eight hours per day.
6. Openness to working more than 40 hours per week or as needed to meet deadlines.
7. Must have a PC computer (not MacBook or other devices), phone, and internet access from home to connect to the client networking system.
