Lloyd & McDaniel PLC in Savannah, GA seeks entry-level and experienced attorneys licensed to practice in Georgia to join our multi-state creditors’ rights and collection team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze documents and evidence.
• Detail oriented and organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation processes from pre-pleading to trial.
• Review pleadings and prepare motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Attend hearings across the state and travel as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support cases.
