• Must have prior multi-unit supervisory experience in the traditional personal installment loan industry.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to coach, collaborate, and manage conflict.
• Experience in customer service, sales, training, and management within a branch environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable automobile for business use.
