Stantec in Atlanta, GA seeks a Business Lead to manage Civil Engineering operations in the Georgia market. You will lead people, projects, and business development across public and private sectors, delivering streetscapes, parks, and mixed-use developments.

This role requires a Georgia PE, 12+ years of experience, strong leadership and client-relationship skills, and the ability to mentor staff while ensuring timely, profitable delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience in civil/site or land development in Georgia.
• Experience leading people, delivering client satisfaction, and driving business development.
• Established network of relationships in Georgia a plus.
• Experience responding to RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, team building and communication skills.
• Experience managing junior staff and complex projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage significant projects, coordinating with clients and government agencies, and Stantec’s teams.
• Lead and implement business development strategies for new clients and pursuits.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and empower junior staff and other team members.
• Plan and manage projects to complete on time and within budget.
• Oversee team and project metrics to ensure profitable delivery.
