Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil/site or land development and transportation engineering design and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Georgia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for project opportunities.
• Develop value-added solutions and lead pursuit of contracts for engineering services.
• Increase company profile in the transportation industry through professional organizations.
• Plan and execute strategies for operations and business development.
• Plan, organize, and supervise work of other engineers and designers.
• Negotiate, monitor, and deliver quality projects and consulting services.
• Review designs for conformance with state and local standards.
• Lead and mentor teams of professionals and technicians.
• Drive marketing and business development for land development and civil projects.
• Prepare submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and manage agency reviews.
