Surveying And Mapping, LLC invites you to join our Apprenticeship Program as a Geomatics Technician (Survey and Mapping) in Bradenton, FL. Over two years, you’ll work with our surveying team, learn to use advanced equipment, and earn a nationally recognized credential certified by the U.S.

Department of Labor. You will collect angles and elevations for construction and mapping, gain field experience, and receive paid training while you learn in a safety‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn about land surveying and geospatial industry.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
• Strong interest in technology and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist surveying team and learn to use advanced technology.
• Collect angles and elevations using surveying equipment.
• Record notes, sketches and read plans.
• Gain exposure to records research and quality control.
• Complete safety and corporate compliance trainings throughout the program.
• Work toward Journeyman Surveyor Certification.
