Qualifications

• 5+ years of Civil Engineering or Survey related experience.
• Strong ability to communicate and manage project staff.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to build relationships and integrate with project teams.
• Developmentally minded and focused on team growth & development.
• Knowledgeable in aspects of Design and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and QA/QC processes for accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Develop internal adoption through partner education and exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate with Design and Operations management for projects under management.
• Oversee field survey activities and project deliverables.
• Develop and manage office and field survey staff.
• Coordinate file management and layout support; schedule project field engineers.
