Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Geology or closely related field.
• Excellent written English and ability to provide clear feedback.
• 3+ years in geology/earth science research or related workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality across geology/earth science items and provide feedback.
• Review AI-generated geology content for accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate guidelines and updates to trainers and QAs.
• Create and maintain project documentation and style guides.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new contributors.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and propose workflow improvements.
• Manage activation and outreach for inactive contributors.
