San Francisco Community College District invites applications for part-time Geology Instructors to teach a range of Earth Sciences courses at CCSF. The role includes online and hybrid instruction, service on departmental activities, and assessment of student outcomes in a culturally responsive teaching environment.

Compensation is determined in accordance with the City College of San Francisco Faculty Salary Schedule for Pay-by-workload assignments. The workload compensation upon entry currently ranges from $2,163.36 to $3,302.80 per workload unit, depending upon placement.
The Earth Sciences department at City College of San Francisco is currently seeking to hire part-time Geology faculty to provide instruction in a broad number of areas. We primarily serve students seeking transfer degrees. Instructors can expect to work with students at various learning levels in a collaborative department environment and work on furthering the goals of the college.
