SSR Mining Inc.'s Cripple Creek & Victor Mine is seeking a Geology Drilling Technician to support drill services and geology teams. You will collect and handle geological samples, record QA/QC data, and assist field crews with drilling operations in a high-altitude Colorado environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver license, and basic computer skills; lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email) required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in high-altitude conditions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety meetings and hazard reporting.
• Collect and deliver drill core and RC samples.
• Organize and store samples; manage QA/QC submittals.
• Prepare supplies for drill crews and field deliveries.
• Assist drill services team and geologists in field activities.
• Operate light vehicles and forklifts safely.
