Tetra Tech is seeking a Mid-Level Geologist/Environmental Scientist to join the Environmental team based in Austin, TX. The role involves geological and environmental work for oil and gas projects, with emphasis on due diligence, site assessment, remediation, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a BS in geology or related field and up to 3 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in geology or a related area.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and Adobe Acrobat software.

Responsabilités

• Review, comprehension, and completion of work scopes.
• Perform project tasks on public and private sector environmental projects.
• Assist in preparation of subcontract documents, work plans and reports under direction of senior engineers and scientists.
• Assist in data tabulation and evaluation.
• Assist with technical writing reports and preparation.
