Job summary

XTS is seeking a Source Throughput Analyst to support NGA in Springfield, VA. You will apply GEOINT expertise to enhance collection methods, manage large mission data sets in real time, and synchronize requirements for efficiency.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, plus 5+ years in TCPED GEOINT, and NSG/IC tools for production and visualization. A Master’s or BA with equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph exam
• 5+ years experience with TCPED GEOINT data (real-time and ABI)
• 5+ years managing large multi-source data for metrics and automated collection strategies
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, IC, DoD and NRO
• Synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies and prioritize tasking
• Manage large mission data sets for real-time GEOINT collection and analysis
