Job summary

OSAAVA Services is seeking a GEOINT / MASINT Collection & Test Planning Analyst to support DoD test events and NASIC sensors in Dayton, OH. This on-site role requires active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on planning across GEOINT/MASINT collection activities.

The ideal candidate connects collection requirements with sensors and test events, supports sensor configurations, and coordinates with government and technical stakeholders to ensure mission objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Direct experience with intelligence collection planning.
• Experience with GEOINT/MASINT sensors or sensor-derived data.
• Experience developing or supporting collection requirements.
• Understanding of sensor configuration and collection planning concepts.
• Experience coordinating test requirements and planning meetings.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions.

Responsibilities

• Support test-event and intelligence collection planning for planned DoD activities.
• Develop input into intelligence collection requirements.
• Support planning for GEOINT and MASINT sensor utilization.
• Provide input into sensor configurations to satisfy collection objectives.
• Coordinate collection planning for events with unique sensor/requirements.
• Support asset, flight, and ground test events.
• Analyze GEOINT/MASINT sensor data for planned events.
• Participate in planning meetings with government and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate test documentation and data requirements.
• Assist with development of post-event data and intelligence products.
• Support Missile Defense Agency-related test and collection objectives.
