We are looking for a GIS Project Manager in Oakland, CA.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead large GIS programs with annual budgets approximately ranging from $5M to $50M (may exceed $100M annually).
2. Coordinate with other Program/Project Managers in parallel workstreams.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs and projects including setting project goals, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
4. Manage program and project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and projects are completed within the allocated budget.
5. Identify potential risks to the success of projects and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to address these risks proactively.

The hourly rate for this position is between $85-$90 per hour.
