Job summary

Binance is seeking an Investigation Analyst to join the Screening Escalations & Geofencing team on a 12-month contract. You will investigate suspicious login activities, review risk alerts, and support timely, evidence-based decisions to strengthen platform security and risk controls.

As part of a fast-paced fintech environment, you will analyze cases, communicate clearly in English, and contribute to high-stakes risk management with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations, fraud, financial crime, compliance, or risk operations.
• Strong analytical skills, investigative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good judgment and the ability to assess cases using multiple information sources.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage case volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate geofencing alerts and suspicious login patterns.
• Analyze case information, IP addresses, and user activity to assess potential risks.
• Conduct case reviews, issue RFIs, and follow up where needed.
• Make evidence-based block/unblock decisions in accordance with SOPs.
• Document findings, elevate complex cases, and meet SLAs.
