Binance is seeking several Investigation Analysts to join our Screening Escalations & Geofencing team on a 12-month contract. You will investigate suspicious access activity, evaluate risk alerts, and deliver evidence-backed decisions that protect our platform across regions.

This global, remote role requires English fluency, strong analytical skills, and experience in investigations, fraud prevention, or risk operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investigations, fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, or risk operations.
• Sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to piece together cases from multiple data sources.
• English fluency required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Experience handling high caseloads in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Investigate geofencing alerts and abnormal login behavior to uncover potential risks
• Analyze case details, IP data, and account activity to determine risk levels
• Review cases, RFIs, and follow up with users as needed
• Make block/unblock decisions in line with internal SOPs
• Record findings, elevate complex cases, and meet SLA targets
