The Role

As a Geo-Structural Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing best-value solutions for complex geotechnical projects, combining strong technical design with practical construction insight.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and construction teams on a wide range of projects, continuously developing your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver design solutions for complex geotechnical projects
• Prepare detailed design drawings for construction
• Provide technical support to the estimating team
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure efficient, buildable solutions
• Contribute to innovative approaches across multiple ground engineering techniques

Projects typically include

• Deep foundation systems
• Earth retention systems
• Ground improvement works

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7-10+ years of geotechnical and/or geo-structural design experience
• Strong experience with excavation support systems is highly preferred
• Structural engineering exposure is beneficial but not essential

Certifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain within 12 months

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles
• Proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
