Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a GEO Operations Manager to oversee external manufacturing operations at CMOs, ensuring timely delivery for clinical and commercial products.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage production plans, and resolve supply constraints to maintain a robust supply chain. The role requires leadership in operations or quality, strong collaboration skills, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Quality.
• BS/BA degree in life sciences, business, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Execute with the CMO the production plan to deliver an uninterrupted supply of clinical & commercial product.
• Manage the CMO meeting schedule with cross functional colleagues to ensure collaboration.
• Identify supply constraints and negotiate/resolve with the CMO to meet the supply plan.
• Manage escalations and communications within the GEO site from an operations perspective.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure uninterrupted product supply across processes.
