Job summary

MSD is seeking a Search & AI Visibility Specialist (GEO) to pioneer Generative Engine Optimization. You will analyze how our brand appears across AI search engines and large language models, and collaborate with global brands and local markets.

You will train teams, promote adoption of new AI marketing tools like SEMrush, and lead the expansion of GEO practices across international teams in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how traditional search works plus interest in AI concepts.
• Experience using analytics to improve website performance and visibility in AI search results.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to marketing teams.
• Fluent English with ability to collaborate across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance and monitor brand visibility in AI search engines and LLMs.
• Collaborate with global brand and local markets to optimize digital footprint.
• Regularly train internal teams on AI visibility concepts and tools.
• Lead adoption of new AI marketing tools and procedures based on data analyses you prepare.
• Work with top-tier search analysis tools such as SEMrush and other platforms.
