Community Horizons in Gleason, WI seeks compassionate caregivers to join her team to provide companionship and personal assistance to a member in need. The role supports daily living tasks and aims to make the member's life easier through friendly, dependable care.

Shifts run 7a-7p and 2p-10p on a part-time basis, with a focus on reliable, respectful support and the opportunity to work in a pet-friendly environment. Pay is $20.00 per hour, offering meaningful, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation & backup Transportation Plan.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Shower/dressing assistance.
• Transfer using Track System.
• Incontinence care.
• G-tube feeding.
• Suctioning every 15-20 minutes.
• Laundry and cleaning schedule.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Shower/Dressing Assistance
• Transfer using Track System
• Incontinence Changing
• G-tube feeding
• Suctioning (every 15-20 minutes)
• Laundry/Cleaning Schedule: 1. Part-Time 2. Day shift, Evening shift, and Fill-In 3. The shifts are 7a-7p and 2p-10p
