Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking Genomics Sales Representatives for the Pacific Northwest (Portland, OR or Seattle, WA preferred). The role focuses on strategic engagement with pediatric hospitals and academic medical centers, promoting advanced genomic testing solutions to enable earlier and more accurate diagnoses.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will develop and execute a regional business plan, analyze sales performance, manage forecasting in Salesforce, and serve as a trusted

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Proven track record selling into pediatric hospitals or academic medical centers.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Data-driven territory management using Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Use a consultative, science-driven sales approach to promote genomic testing solutions.
• Forecast and manage territory data and pipeline within Salesforce.
• Deliver engaging scientific presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to clinical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to support customer success.
• Provide field intelligence to inform product development and market strategy.
